I approach research by integrating theories and tools from diverse scientific disciplines, carefully selecting those that best address the specific research question. This selection is always guided by a critical consideration of the theoretical and epistemological assumptions underlying each approach. My questions typically emerge at the intersection of redox biology, exercise physiology, and sports nutrition. My goal is to provide a clearer understanding of how molecular processes are connected to physiology and nutrition.
